This website presents HEATTOVA, a working name for an ecommerce project developing portable meal products. These Terms of Use describe this information-only prelaunch experience. We are not currently entering into online product purchase agreements.

2. Product information

Descriptions and visuals relating to our proposed Electric Heated Lunch Box, including proposed bundle counts, are preliminary. Any illustrations are conceptual and are not final manufacturer photographs. Capacity, materials, power input, electrical characteristics, food-contact suitability, operation, heating time, instructions, accessories, packaging and availability are subject to verification.

3. No live checkout

The HEATTOVA collection is not for sale at this time. No order, payment, deposit, reservation or pre-order may be placed through this website. We will replace these terms with a trading version before commercial checkout is offered.

4. Newsletter

If you voluntarily subscribe, we may use your email to send product-development and launch updates as described in our Privacy Notice. You may unsubscribe through instructions in our emails.

5. Responsible use

Do not misuse the website, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or impersonate another person. The website may be unavailable for maintenance or changes.

6. Intellectual property

Our proposed brand design, layout and original written content are made available for ordinary use of this site, without granting permission for unrelated commercial reproduction. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

7. Safety and advice

Product concepts are not operating instructions. Do not make food, electrical or travel safety decisions based on unverified features described on this prelaunch website. Final user instructions will come from the confirmed product manufacturer.

8. Liability and legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Additional consumer terms and applicable governing-law information will be published when the final merchant entity is registered and sales begin.
