Current purchase status

HEATTOVA is not currently accepting payments, orders, deposits or pre-orders. There are therefore no HEATTOVA product purchases available for return or refund at this time.

Future orders

Before checkout is enabled, we will publish an operational Returns & Refunds Policy that includes the return request window, product condition requirements, eligibility, contact method, return address, return shipping costs and responsibility, refund method, expected processing period and steps for damaged or incorrect products.

Electrical appliance returns

Once the exact product and supplier are selected, we will set appropriate rules and safety instructions for returns of electrical items. We will not require customers to operate a product that may be defective or unsafe.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Future customer remedies will follow the laws applicable to the sale and destination.
